This is the second time I have used Jerry Graham Auto Body but the first time I had the pleasure of working with Shiraz. His customer service is top notch! He took the time to talk to me about my leaking sunroof and even offered for me to come watch when they did the final water test. He also helped me get an Uber back and forth to drop off and pick up my truck. They went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my truck before I got it back. It hasn't looked this great in a long time. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work. I greatly appreciate it. I also have to say how kind and helpful Maria in the office is. While it’s never fun to go to a body shop, my car now looks brand new! Upon receiving the estimate, I was advised the part was more expensive through my car manufacturer, but I was free to obtain the part on my own and they would install for free. A week later, with the part purchased on EBAY at 60% discount to what the manufacturer was requested, they installed the molding at no cost. It looks fantastic and I can't thank Hector and his team enough for the prompt service and desire to get my car looking good again. I've used them before for body work and I can say they have exceeded my expectations on service and price. Well done Jerry Graham!Load more
