  This is the second time I have used Jerry Graham Auto Body but the first time I had the pleasure of working with Shiraz. His customer service is top notch! He took the time to talk to me about my leaking sunroof and even offered for me to come watch when they did the final water test. He also helped me get an Uber back and forth to drop off and pick up my truck. They went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my truck before I got it back. It hasn't looked this great in a long time. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work. I greatly appreciate it.
I also have to say how kind and helpful Maria in the office is. She helped me previously when my truck was there for body work and was wonderful to work with.

  I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at JG Auto Body. Working from a city 5 hours away to help my daughter negotiate an insurance situation,  Mo, Alan and Maria ALWAYS answered my calls, were extra polite and provided immediately useful solutions.   I was in a car incident. They were able to receive my car days before the appointment just because I wasn’t sure to move it. And returned the car back with the grate timing. I was also given a drive to pick up my rental car by one of their employees. I didn’t even have to ask for the offer. Good vibes I’m grateful for the help And Sirvis I received. thank you
