  It’s always a nuisance to be without your vehicle after an accident, or in our case a finder bender, but the people at Jerry Graham made it as painless as it could possibly be.   I was in a car incident. They were able to receive my car days before the appointment just because I wasn’t sure to move it. And returned the car back with the grate timing. I was also given a drive to pick up my rental car by one of their employees. I didn’t even have to ask for the offer. Good vibes I’m grateful for the help And Sirvis I received. thank you

  I came in a week prior to Jerry Graham about an estimate for replacing door molding which had been scratched from a prior owner. Upon receiving the estimate, I was advised the part was more expensive through my car manufacturer, but I was free to obtain the part on my own and they would install for free. A week later, with the part purchased on EBAY at 60% discount to what the manufacturer was requested, they installed the molding at no cost. It looks fantastic and I can't thank Hector and his team enough for the prompt service and desire to get my car looking good again. I've used them before for body work and I can say they have exceeded my expectations on service and price. Well done Jerry Graham!

  Due to an unfortunate mishap, we found ourselves having to visit the Jerry Graham body shop in Watsonville for a little help. From the time we were greeted to start this process to the time we picked up our car, the service from the entire staff was superb.

  My Tesla Model Y needed a new bumper and the entire team at Jerry Graham Auto Body was terrific! They kept me informed every step of the way. And even when Tesla sent the wrong bumper they communicated with me in a timely manner and was able to obtain the correct one quickly. I also love that they partner with Enterprise and I was able to return my rental car right there at Jerry Graham’s. Not great to need body work due to an unfortunate event, but fortunately they made it painless and great process.
